It was a bittersweet afternoon for Pima soccer fans as the Roughriders took on the St. Augustine Catholic Wolves in their final home game of the season. The excitement was palpable, and I was eager to capture all the action for Need4Sports, but getting my live stream up and running proved a bit challenging. Clocking out of work at 4 pm, just as the whistle blew, meant a mad dash to set up amidst the roaring cheers and clattering bleachers. Thankfully, with a bit of perseverance (and a few deep breaths!), the stream stabilized, and we were off to the races!

And what a race it was! The Roughriders dominated the field, securing a decisive 4-0 victory over the Wolves. This win marks Pima's third victory in their last four matches, boosting their season record to an impressive 6-3. Unfortunately for St. Augustine, this loss marks their second in a row, bringing their record to 4-7.

While I'm always thrilled to live stream these games, there's a tinge of sadness knowing that this marks the end of my varsity soccer live stream season. It's been an incredible journey capturing these athletes' skill and dedication, and I'm already looking forward to next year's season.
